Founder and managing broker of Carolina and Commercial
Properties, Rob is a second-generation Lake Norman real estate agency
owner. His family was a pioneer settling on the Lake in the mid 1970’s
and has been very instrumental in real estate sales and project development
that still shape our community today. While Rob’s clients value

Jon is a sixth generation Charlotte area native representing
Buyers and Sellers of residential and income producing properties. Prior
to establishing his real estate career Jon was Vice President of
West Coast Sales And Marketing for a division of a Fortune 500 Company.
With over 20 years of corporate sales, marketing and management experience,
Jon brings unique skill set to buyers and sellers of Charlotte and Lake
Norman Area real estate.
An avid runner, Jon has raced numerous marathons including New York, Washington DC and San Diego. He currently runs many charity races with his family.

DEBBIE THOMPSON
As a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1996, Deb brings

into a real estate family and a Lake Norman native, Deb offers a

Chad is a Charlotte native with 12 years experience as an active

DAR DRAG
In 1987 Dar founded SS Industrial, a midwest sales organization
that sold machinery, parts and supplies to the printing and paper industries.
Dar, a Chicago transplant moved to the Lake Norman area in 2005 for
a warmer climate and new challenges. Her problem solving skills,
persistence and entrepreneur spirit has made her a valuable asset to CP
and our clients. Dar enjoys gardening, wildlife and dancing.

Marilyn brings her skills as a designer from Southern California.
Working for an established design showroom, she both decorated homes
and assisted homeowners stage their properties for sale. Prior to her
design career, Marilyn managed a large-territory marketing computer software
